On December 7th, Hotel de la Coupole hosted its first-ever large-scale culinary collaboration at Chic Restaurant, a spectacular event that delighted guests with a unique dining experience. The evening featured a beautifully orchestrated fusion of local ingredients, including the fresh flavors of Sapa salmon and black chicken, showcasing the rich culinary heritage of the region. Five talented chefs, each with their own distinct style, came together to create an unforgettable journey of flavors, blending East and West across five carefully crafted courses.
Throughout the evening, guests were taken on a sensory adventure, with each course telling its own story through the delicate balance of local and international flavors, expertly prepared by our team of chefs. The collaboration not only celebrated the diversity of culinary traditions but also highlighted the region's finest ingredients, bringing them to life in innovative ways. The event was a true testament to the creativity and skill of the chefs, who worked together in perfect harmony to create a memorable experience for everyone.
